ETERNITY III
Original Fine Art photography – Cédric Brion – 2026
With Eternity III, Cédric Brion revisits the elegance of classical portraits through a contemporary photographic vision, imbued with mystery and melancholy.
The silhouette, dressed in a dark suit with aristocratic accents, emerges delicately against a deep and mysterious background. The white jabot shirt provides a refined contrast with the black leather, while the direct and enigmatic gaze seems to pierce through time.
The atmosphere evokes the great portraits of the Romantic era, between historical heritage, gothic imagination, and cinematic aesthetics.
The deliberately pictorial treatment, delicate textures, and cool tonalities give the image the appearance of an old memory, like the rediscovered portrait of a character whose history remained secret.
Through this work, the artist questions the notion of time, identity, and memory. The figure seems to belong to another era, while maintaining a profoundly contemporary presence.
