Limited Edition Fine Art Prints
The artworks offered on the Cédric Brion Photography website are fine art photographic prints produced on demand.
Each artwork is printed on museum-quality fine art paper in accordance with professional archival standards, individually numbered, and hand-signed by the artist. Every print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming its originality and limited-edition status.
Due to their artistic nature, made-to-order production process, and specific customization for each purchase, the artworks offered on this website are not standard mass-produced products and are not kept in stock.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws regarding goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized items, certain photographic prints may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that the artwork is produced specifically at their request and in accordance with the specifications selected at the time of purchase, including but not limited to size, printing medium, finish, the artist's signature, edition numbering, and Certificate of Authenticity.
Once the production process has begun, we cannot accept any cancellations, modifications, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
This provision does not affect the consumer's statutory rights in the event of a manufacturing defect, nonconformity, latent defect, or damage occurring during transportation.
Damaged Artwork or Manufacturing Defect
Upon delivery, the buyer is asked to inspect both the packaging and the artwork immediately.
In the event of visible damage caused during shipping, the buyer must contact Cédric Brion Photography within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide:
• The order number;
• A description of the issue;
• Photographs of the outer packaging;
• Detailed photographs of the artwork in question.
After reviewing the claim, an appropriate solution may be offered, including:
• Replacement of the artwork;
• A new print;
• Or a refund when warranted by the circumstances.
