Limited Edition Fine Art Prints
The artworks offered on the Cédric Brion Photography website are Fine Art photographic prints produced to order.
Each artwork is printed on museum-quality Fine Art paper according to professional archival standards, individually numbered and hand-signed by the artist. Every print is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity confirming its originality and limited-edition status.
Due to their artistic nature, made-to-order production process, and specific customization for each purchase, the artworks offered on this website are not standard mass-produced products and are not kept in stock.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation regarding goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized items, certain photographic prints may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that the artwork is produced specifically at their request and according to the characteristics selected at the time of purchase, including but not limited to size, printing medium, finish, the artist's signature, edition numbering, and Certificate of Authenticity.
Once the production process has begun, no cancellation, modification, return, exchange, or refund can be accepted.
This provision does not affect the consumer's statutory rights in the event of a manufacturing defect, non-conformity, hidden defect, or damage occurring during transportation.
Damaged Artwork or Manufacturing Defect
Upon delivery, the buyer is requested to inspect both the packaging and the artwork immediately.
In the event of visible damage caused during transportation, the buyer must contact Cédric Brion Photography within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide:
• The order number;
• A description of the issue;
• Photographs of the external packaging;
• Detailed photographs of the artwork concerned.
After review of the claim, an appropriate solution may be offered, including:
• Replacement of the artwork;
• A new print;
• Or a refund when justified by the circumstances.

Tirages Fine Art en édition limitée
Les œuvres proposées sur le site Cédric Brion Photography sont des tirages photographiques d'art réalisés à la commande.
Chaque œuvre est imprimée sur papier d'art de qualité musée selon des standards professionnels Fine Art, puis numérotée et signée à la main par l'artiste. Elle est accompagnée d'un certificat d'authenticité garantissant son caractère original et son édition limitée.
En raison de leur caractère artistique, de leur production à la demande et de leur réalisation spécifique pour chaque commande, les œuvres proposées sur ce site ne constituent pas des produits standard fabriqués en série ou conservés en stock.
Droit de rétractation
Conformément à la législation européenne applicable aux biens confectionnés selon les spécifications du consommateur ou nettement personnalisés, certains tirages photographiques peuvent être exclus du droit légal de rétractation.
En validant sa commande, l'acheteur reconnaît que l'œuvre commandée est réalisée spécialement à sa demande et selon les caractéristiques sélectionnées lors de l'achat, notamment en ce qui concerne le format, le support d'impression, la finition, la signature de l'artiste, la numérotation de l'édition et le certificat d'authenticité.
Une fois le processus de production lancé, aucune annulation, modification, reprise ou échange ne pourra être accepté.
Cette disposition n'affecte toutefois pas les droits légaux du consommateur en cas de défaut de conformité, de vice caché ou de dommage subi durant le transport.
Œuvre endommagée ou défaut de fabrication
À la réception de la commande, l'acheteur est invité à vérifier immédiatement l'état de l'emballage et de l'œuvre.
En cas de dommage apparent lié au transport, l'acheteur devra contacter Cédric Brion Photography dans un délai de quarante-huit (48) heures suivant la réception en fournissant :
• le numéro de commande ;
• une description du problème constaté ;
• des photographies de l'emballage ;
• des photographies détaillées de l'œuvre concernée.
Après examen du dossier, une solution appropriée pourra être proposée, notamment :
• le remplacement de l'œuvre ;
• une nouvelle impression ;
• ou un remboursement lorsque la situation le justifie.
